Your details

How we handle what you send us. Last updated 15 August 2026.

Level Works is the trading name of Spyridon Koutsouris, 20 Andrew Road, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, OX10 8AE. If you contact us, we are responsible for the details you send. This page explains what happens to them, in plain terms.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form or tell us directly:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your town or postcode
• What you have described about the job
• Any photos you choose to attach

The website sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and there are no advertising trackers on it.

Photos

Photos are optional. Please send pictures of the wall, the room or the item — not of people. Modern phones can record the location a photo was taken in; if that concerns you, send the photo by other means or leave it out and describe the job instead.

What we use it for

To work out a price, answer your question, and get back to you. If you go ahead with the work, we keep the details as a record of the job. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.

Who else sees it

Nobody is sold or given your details. Two services carry them on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and passes on emails sent to our address.
• Telegram delivers the enquiry to the phone so it is seen quickly.

Nothing you send is stored on the website itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within about six months. Where we have done work for you, we keep the records for six years, because tax and insurance rules require it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@levelworks.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month, free of charge.
