Taps and water filters
Replacing a kitchen or bathroom tap with a new one, fitting or replacing isolation valves, and putting in an under-sink drinking water filter. All of it on existing pipework, inside the house. No boilers, no heating, no new pipe runs.

What it costs
Send a photo of the existing tap and a photo of what is under the sink. Those two pictures tell us almost everything, including whether there are isolation valves, which is the thing that decides how long it takes.
If there are no isolation valves, or the old fittings are seized, it takes longer and we say so when we quote rather than halfway through the job.
Recent work
All of these are jobs we have actually done. No stock photographs.
Worth knowing
If the job turns out to be different from the photos, we stop, tell you plainly what we have found, and you don't pay for work we haven't done.
How it works
Send a photo of the tap and one of the cupboard underneath. You will get a fixed price back.
